Dr. Ed Hickling is a clinical psychologist who has a special interest in sports psychology and hockey. In addition to his practice, he currently teaches at the Sage Colleges in Troy, New York, and has co-authored the text and CDs on integrative hockey with Coach David Randall. Dr. Hickling has coached ice hockey for over 10 years, and currently is the Head coach for the Women's Ice Hockey Team at the Sage College. Dr. Hickling has conducted workshops on sports and self-esteem for over the past decade, sharing his expertise with coaches, parents and athletes. He has an ongoing research and professional interest in youth sports, and how to make sports a positive experience in the lives of the players as well as to improve the performance of each athlete.
